Nex, being the youngest of four adopted children, was the initial addition to the family. The older siblings were welcomed into the fold from foster/adopt placements when they were older. Nex's path was distinctive, involving the pursuit of certificates in Integrative Behavioral Health, Holistic and Integrative Health, Stress Management, Brain Health, Color Theory, and Complementary Integrative Health. Furthermore, Nex gained experience through apprenticeship and acquired certifications in 4 levels of Reiki, eventually attaining the prestigious title of Master in Holy Fire Reiki.

Nex is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, embracing their identity with courage and authenticity. Being on a journey of mental health and navigating neurodivergent diagnoses, Nex is dedicated to advocating for self-acceptance and empowerment while offering valuable insights to overcome challenges with resilience and a sprinkle of humor.
